Full settings pages for HubSpot, GoHighLevel and Zoho

Setting up a CRM connection no longer happens in a cramped dialog. HubSpot, GoHighLevel and Zoho each have their own settings page, reached from Connectors under Settings, and pipelines, stages and owners are chosen from live lists pulled from your CRM instead of typed by hand.

New​

  • A settings page for each CRM. Open Connectors and choose HubSpot settings, GoHighLevel settings or Zoho settings. Each page is split into Connection, Instant Quotes and Proposals tabs, with the last two available once the connection is authorised.
  • Pipelines, stages and owners come from your CRM. Pick them from live lists rather than typing a name. Your choice is stored against the record itself, not the text of its name.
  • Proposal sync for Zoho. Zoho can now be configured for proposals as well as Instant Quotes, in the same way as HubSpot and GoHighLevel.
  • A HubSpot contact owner per quote type. Set a different owner for each quote type you run, rather than one owner for all of them.

Improved​

  • GoHighLevel loads your pipelines, stages and owners as soon as you connect, so the settings are ready to fill in.
  • Choosing which events sync uses checkboxes instead of pill buttons.
  • HubSpot quote sync wording is clearer about what each setting does.

Fixed​

  • A Zoho stage move no longer renames the deal. A proposal event changes the pipeline and stage on a deal you linked, and leaves its name alone.
  • Connector settings save when a quote type you have turned off is incomplete. A missing owner is only rejected on the quote types you have enabled.
  • Searching for a Zoho deal pages through results rather than stopping at the first page.
  • The Package selected trigger has been removed. It never actually synced on HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Zoho, so the option was misleading.
  • Oil and LPG properties keep their Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant. When a Spruce Eco survey does not record an existing fuel, the fuel from the EPC is used rather than a stale value from the property record.
  • An old or missing EPC no longer removes the grant section from a heat pump proposal in England and Wales, matching how instant quotes already worked.
  • Running costs and hot water figures use the fuel the survey recorded instead of assuming a gas boiler.
  • Imported addresses include the county and postcode, so the proposal cover reads correctly without an extra edit and save.
  • A room with no emitter change stays hidden. A room the survey only carries a note against no longer appears in the room-by-room list while Show rooms with no changes is off.
