Proposal prices before grants, on webhooks and CRM mappings

This one matters if you send proposal data somewhere else. Every proposal webhook event now carries the price before any grants are deducted, ex and inc VAT, alongside the price your customer pays. The same two figures can be mapped onto a field in HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Zoho. If you do not use webhooks or a CRM connector, nothing changes for you.

New​

  • Price before grants on proposal webhook events. Each event now carries priceBeforeAnyGrantsExVat and priceBeforeAnyGrantsIncVat next to the existing prices. Where a proposal has no grant breakdown, they match the price your customer pays.
  • Two new mapping sources for proposals. In Additional field mappings on the Proposals settings for HubSpot, GoHighLevel and Zoho, pick Price before any grants (ex VAT) or Price before any grants (inc VAT) and write it onto a property in your CRM.

Fixed​

  • A Zoho mapping can write the deal amount. Mapping a field onto Amount on a Zoho deal was ignored. It now takes effect and overrides the amount Simplified writes, matching how HubSpot and GoHighLevel already behaved.
