Copy customer emails to extra addresses

You can add BCC addresses under Customer-Facing Email Settings so a copy of every branded email to your customer also goes to a CRM or shared inbox. Login codes are not copied. Heat pump, boiler, air con, and battery start pages also show Why choose us when you already had those cards but they were missing from Custom blocks.

New​

  • BCC copies of emails to your customer. On the Email page in Settings, under Customer-Facing Email Settings, add one or more addresses to BCC addresses. Each branded email to your customer — a saved quote, a completed quote, a proposal, a help request, a service plan agreement — is copied there as well. The list is empty to start with, and nothing else changes until you add an address. Login codes for the Customer Portal are not copied.

Improved​

  • Why choose us on the start page again. If you already had Why choose us cards on the Heat Pump, Boiler, Air Con, or Battery Quote Tool, but no Why choose us block on Custom blocks → Start page, that block is now on the start page. You can still edit or remove it. Settings: Heat Pump, Boiler, Air Con, Battery.
