Solar quotes spread generation more evenly through the year

On residential and commercial solar quotes, generation was piled into the summer months, so winter looked far too low and summer export looked very high. The yearly generation total was already right. Save the quote and the months are worked out again. Opening a quote without saving leaves the old months in place.
