March 2026

March went to proposals. You can start one from instant quotes you have already produced, price it with blocks that pull hardware straight from your catalogue, and set out the property, its EPC and the grants on offer without writing any of it by hand. Acceptance moved too: every quote tool now has a single Acceptance screen in place of the old Deposit and Calendar screens.

note

Compiled retrospectively from the changes released this month. It covers the most significant changes rather than everything.

Quote Tools

  • Acceptance is set up in one place. Each quote tool's configuration has an Acceptance tab, replacing the separate Deposit and Calendar tabs, where you turn contact details, policy agreement, signature, deposit payment and appointment booking on or off and word each step yourself. It is the same acceptance step your proposals use, so the two now behave the same way.

Proposals

  • Start a proposal from your instant quotes. Choose Proposal Wizard, then Simplified Instant Quotes Proposal Wizard, to pick one or more solar or heat pump quotes and the packages within each of them. The proposal arrives with a cover page, the address, the packages you chose, the Extras and an acceptance step already in place, and you can build it on top of one of your templates.
  • Price products and packages inside a proposal. New Hardware package, Products (fixed quantity), Products (quantity chooser) and Products (include / exclude) blocks pull hardware out of your catalogue, add to the proposal price and show a grand total, with your Pricing Models applied. Your customer sets quantities or includes and excludes items, and the price follows.
  • Blocks for the property, its EPC and the grants on offer. EPC certificate looks up the certificate for the address, House details sets out floor area, heating and insulation, and Grants comes with ready-made Boiler Upgrade Scheme and Home Energy Scotland Grant entries whose value comes off the price. BUS eligibility, HESGL eligibility and Heat pump savings bring the eligibility checklists and the before-and-after running cost comparison out of the Heat Pump Quote Tool and into a proposal.

Integrations

  • Zoho, GoHighLevel and HubSpot connectors. Connect your CRM account from Connectors, then choose which quote tools sync, whether contacts are created and updated, and which pipeline and stage new deals land in. Zoho and HubSpot also take a lead owner email address, and Zoho can add tags.
  • Xero, and an invoice from an accepted proposal. Link your Xero organisation under Connectors, then use Invoicing on an accepted proposal to raise a draft invoice for the full amount, a percentage of it, or a figure you set.

Email

  • Choose who receives each notification. System Notification Emails takes a list of recipients rather than one address per quote tool. Set them across all tools and events, across everything within one tool, or against a single event such as Package Selected or Request New Proposal.
  • Reminders that go out on their own. On Customer-Facing Scheduled Emails, add a Proposal savings reminder a set number of days after you publish, and a Proposal expiry warning a set number of days before the proposal runs out.
