Retained underfloor heating counted correctly

Heat pump proposals built from a Spruce Eco survey now treat underfloor heating you are keeping the way the survey recorded it. The retained output and the share of demand it meets match the survey's own figures, and a zone covering several rooms is credited in each of them rather than only the first.

Fixed​

  • Underfloor heating in a multi-room zone is credited in every room, not only the primary one, on the room-by-room heat demand.
  • Heated area follows the survey. Where the survey records no percentage of floor area heated — common on underfloor heating found during the survey rather than designed — the heated area is the room's floor area less any area marked unheated on that floor, instead of being read as none of the room. Where a percentage is recorded it is used as before, and a recorded zero still means no output.
  • Open-plan comparison lines are split by room, each labelled with the room it belongs to, rather than being merged into one line.
  • An underfloor heating label with no recorded percentage shows the construction and floor covering only, instead of quoting a coverage figure the survey never gave.
